Lubona Meat Products Limited is committed to producing safe, high-quality meat products that meet the highest national and international standards of food safety and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Our goal is to protect consumer health by preventing, controlling, and eliminating food safety hazards throughout our entire processing line as we implement a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) aligned with ISO 22000: 2018 requirements.

Top management ensures that food safety is an integral part of our business strategy and culture. We provide the necessary resources, infrastructure, and competent personnel to maintain a robust FSMS.
2. Hazard Identification and Control
We adopt a proactive, risk-based approach (HACCP principles) to identify, analyze, and manage potential (microbiological, chemical, physical) hazards at every stage of production.
3. Prerequisite Programs (PRPs)
We maintain rigorous cleaning, sanitation, pest control, personal hygiene, and equipment maintenance protocols to provide a sanitary environment suitable for meat processing.
4. Interactive Communication
We ensure transparent and effective communication regarding food safety issues with supplies, customers, and regulatory authorities to ensure food safety along the entire food chain.

We foster a strong food safety culture through ongoing training, ensuring all employees understand their responsibilities and are competent to perform their tasks
